1. Acceptance of Terms:By using our web development services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Service Agreement:The service agreement will be established between ADVENITh TECHNOLOGY and the client once both parties agree to the project scope, timeline, and associated costs. Any modifications to the service agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. Project Scope and Timeline:The scope of the web development project will be outlined in the service agreement. Any changes to the scope must be communicated in writing and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and costs.

4. Payments:Clients are required to make payments as per the agreed schedule in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in a delay in project completion. All payments made are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property Rights:Upon receipt of full payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights of the developed website, excluding any pre-existing materials provided by the client. ADVENITh TECHNOLOGY retains the right to display the project in their portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Confidentiality:Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information disclosed during the project. This includes, but is not limited to, proprietary business information and trade secrets.

7. Third-Party Components:ADVENITh TECHNOLOGY may use third-party components (such as plugins, themes, etc.) to enhance the website’s functionality. While we strive to use reliable components, we cannot guarantee their performance or security. The client agrees to hold harmless ADVENITh TECHNOLOGY for any issues arising from the use of third-party components.

8. Testing and Acceptance:The client will have the opportunity to test the developed website and provide feedback before final deployment. Upon the client’s acceptance, any subsequent changes may incur additional costs.

9. Support and Maintenance:We offer a warranty period for our web development services, as specified in the service agreement. After the warranty period, clients can opt for ongoing support and maintenance services at an additional cost.

10. Limitation of Liability:ADVENITh TECHNOLOGY will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination:Either party may terminate the service agreement in writing if the other party breaches any material terms. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for the agreed-upon payment for the work completed up to the termination date.

12. Governing Law:These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.By using our web development services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
